Martinique - Caribbean Tours

Cap Macré beach

Classic Circuits

These four examples of Caribbean excursions are taken from the many trips organized by Martinique's local Caribbean tours travel agencies.

Botanical Region of the North

  • Groups only: 25 to 350 people
    Cost: between 46 € and 57 €
  • A quick tour of Fort-de-France, with stopping first at the Basilique du Sacre-Coeur de Balata, then going on to visit around the Jardin de Balata, the Musee de Saint-Pierre, and lunch at the Leyritz Plantation.
The trip home follows the Atlantic coast, with a stop at the Saint-James Rum Museum.
    An excellent introduction to Martinique.

"The Great South"

  • Groups only: 25 to 350 people
    Cost: between 38 € and 54 €
  • A visit around the Musée de la Pagerie and Sugar Cane Museum at
Trois-Ilets, then on to Rivière Pilote to see the La Mauny distillery.
  • Swim and barbecue on the Salines beach.
In contrast with the visit to the north, this is more of a beach trip.

White Sandy Sea Beds

  • Groups only: 10 to 100 people
    Cost: Between 54 € and 61 €
  • Travel across the Lamentin plain to François.
Take a boat trip around the islands, swim at the "Baignoire de Joséphine"
(a white sandy seabed), and have an aperitif in the water.
Enjoy lunch and music on the island.
The return trip to François departs late in the afternoon.
In all, a very relaxing day in beautiful places.
