Inspiring experience
This trail links Fontaine Didier with the Absalon spa. It is not particularly difficult and is accessible to all. Its forest cover and the presence of the River Dumauzé, most of which runs along the right bank, make it a pleasant walk. Its right-of-way, which is a rural road owned by the town of Fort de France, is used for a water pipeline.
From Fort de France, go to the Vietnam Héroïque crossroads and take the Didier road (CD 45) through a tunnel for 6.5 km to its end. Park your vehicle on the right just before the ramp leading to the bottling plant.
