"On the local beach, your feet in the fine sand, comfortably seated in a deckchair facing the Caribbean Sea, sip a delicious cocktail carefully concocted by our barmen. After this relaxing break, we invite you to sit down and enjoy our new Creole cuisine, served on the slate with fresh local produce, including fish delivered daily by local fishermen. Tuna, Marlin, Sea bream, Bursa, Lambi and of course Lobster. In the north of Martinique, at Le Carbet, with a view of the dolphins, you can combine eating out with swimming in the Caribbean Sea.
