Created around ten years ago, Paille Coco's reputation among Martinique's restaurants is well established.
In 2020, we decided to take a new direction by offering our customers semi-gastronomic cuisine.
Chef Kevin Julians creates a contemporary, inventive and colourful cuisine with skill and subtlety, without forgetting to revisit traditional dishes from Martinique.
The menu evolves with the seasons and adapts to the arrival of local fishermen to satisfy the palates of gourmets who love tasty, responsible cuisine.
Then we'll gently introduce you to the desserts of our pastry chef. Great classics or innovative creations, they're sure to make your mouth water!
With its magnificent view over the bay of Sainte-Anne and its refined decor, Paille Coco also offers you a moment of relaxation in the company of a warm and attentive team at your service.
