Designed as a table d'hôtes, the Plein Soleil gourmet restaurant is also open to outside guests by prior arrangement. Bright and chic, the vast dining room overlooking the bay is the setting for creative, flavoursome cuisine. Chef Rudy Réclair sublimates the flavours of the island and beyond. His talent has been rewarded with the title of "Chef of the Year 2020" by the Gault & Millau Antilles guide. With his second-in-command Sandjy Réyal, he likes to use raw produce to infinite effect and work with fish and seafood.

The menu (choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts) costs €55 per person.

From 7.30am to 9.30am, come and enjoy our wonderful home-cooked breakfast. Copious, colourful and full of flavour, it includes : Tea, coffee, West Indian chocolate, freshly blended fruit juices, homemade cakes and gingerbread, fresh fruit, fried, scrambled or boiled eggs with a small salad and a variety of dishes (bacon, ham, sausages, etc.), jams, bread and pastries, etc.
Outside guests are also welcome to book in advance for breakfast, which costs €25 per person.
