Rejuvenating experience
Of the series of beaches that line the coast between Trois-Rivières and Sainte-Luce, Anse Mabouya is the most northerly. This beach has calm waters and is not very popular because it is not so easy to get to. There are showers, discreetly hidden behind trees, where you can rinse off after a swim.
Anse Mabouya is a beautiful beach of golden sand, not very long but very pleasant.
It is planted with trees and is fairly wide, making it easy to find a shady spot. The sea is beautiful and calm, making it ideal for children and adults alike.
As with most of Ste Luce's beaches, you'll also enjoy a superb view of Morne Larcher (the reclining woman) and the Rocher du Diamant (Diamond Rock), with their beautiful sunset colours.
