  • December to May : dry season (Lent), ideal weather, lighter winds.
  • June to November : wet season (Wintering), warmer, more regular wind, risk of showers and cyclones, especially between August and October, but not regular.

  • Monohull boat : sportier, good for experienced sailors, reduced fuel consumption. Good value for money
  • Catamaran : more spacious, more stable, ideal for families, groups and comfortable cruising. Closer to shore

  • Without skipper : significant sailing experience is required. A nautical CV is often required.

  • Yes, the networks from the hexagon work in Martinique (Orange, Free, SFR, Bouygues).
    You can also bring a local prepaid card (Digicel) if you plan to sail to other islands.

  • Yes, all our cruise boats are equipped with full kitchens : gas stove, fridge, utensils etc. Think about bringing a shopping list in advance. Don't forget to bring a shopping list in advance.
  • Yes, the cabins are equipped for cruising: sleeping accommodation, sanitary facilities, showers, etc. It's a very good value for money. It's a very comfortable experience, especially on a catamaran.

  • Yes, freshwater tanks are supplied full and some boats have a water filter system that makes them drinkable.
    Beware: save water. It is possible to fill up at certain marinas or anchorages.

Yes, several solutions:

  • Markets and supermarkets nearby 

  • Yes, but some areas are protected (marine reserves). Find out more locally.
  • There are also restrictions on sea urchin and lambis fishing, with prohibited fishing periods. Consult the regulations on this subject, right here.

  • Yes, of course, but it's up to you to keep an eye on your children on board. Ask for life jackets adapted to their size before departure.

As lovers of the sea and boating, we share a responsibility for preserving the marine ecosystem and biodiversity that make Martinique's coasts so rich. When you go out to sea, make sure you choose your anchorage areas carefully, as the regulations in force in Martinique define authorized zones. Before anchoring, find out about the appropriate zones by consulting the Direction de la Mer Martinique website.

-   Cleaning: some offer cleaning packages, and others prefer not to charge as long as the boat returns in a properly clean state.

-    Refilling water and fuel: yes, generally, as with a car rental, you leave with a full tank and must return the boat with a full tank (sailboat + tender).

The Collective has chosen as its theme: "Women cry out their daily precarity". The Collective wants to show the need to protect the rights of women who live the heaviest and fastest in the precarities of our society. Objective: Debanalize and act on the ills that precarity women. This precarity is everywhere: Economic: unemployment, high cost of living, low salaries, small pensions Social: isolation, lack of reception and support structures, mobility difficulties Digital: complicated access to essential services (clikOdoc, online procedures)... A massive social fact that society can no longer ignore. As a prelude to March 8, let's prepare the demonstration together In times of crisis, women of all generations see their rights and their lives made even more fragile. To say STOP is to resist.
