Since 2004, the Lauzéa brothers, Thierry and Jimmy, have been inviting you on a journey into the land of cocoa, into their world of pleasures at the heart of the fruits of Martinique's garden. They strive to give their chocolates a unique flavour, in keeping with the art of the Master Chocolatiers.
The ganaches are a blend of tropical fruits: guava, maracudja, coconut and more. But also a blend of garden spices such as basil, chilli pepper or mint. Fruit pastes are wonderful fruit concentrates, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
