Founded in 2004 by Thierry and Jimmy LAUZEA, the LAUZEA chocolate factory was awarded its fourth plaque at the last Salon du chocolat. The factory produces a line of 35 different chocolates and 17 fruit confections. They strive to instill unique flavor in their chocolates in keeping with the arts of the master chocolate makers. Ganaches are a blend of tropical fruits: guava, soursop, coconut, etc. But also a blend of garden spices such as basil, pepper, and mint. Ganaches are marvelous fruit concentrations available in alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties.
