Rejuvenating experience
The only black-sand beach on the southern side of Martinique, Anse Noire is a small, tranquil inlet with crystal-clear water and a magnificent seabed. It is totally different from Anse Dufour, about 100 meters away.
Access is via a big stairway with 130 steps. Hidden under the trees, the "Domaine de Robinson" ("Robinson's Estate") is the perfect place to stay, with six simple, welcoming bungalows and, above all, the "bungal'arbre" (treehouse bungalow) nestled in an apricot tree.
