• Anse Dufour and Anse Noire: The June weather, with its brief, passing showers, makes the underwater world even more vibrant. The turtles are always there, and with fewer swimmers, they’re sometimes even easier to spot. It’s incredible.
• The Caravelle Peninsula: This is the perfect time to explore this nature reserve. Hiking under the mangrove canopy is a unique experience I could do over and over again—it’s unlike anything else!

Right after a light tropical shower, the earth bursts with incredible woody and floral scents. It’s an experience you won’t find at any other time of year. • The Sea and Fishermen’s Festival (in Case Pilote). It’s a highlight: the Land and Sea Market, an immersion in maritime trades, an educational seine fishing demonstration, commemorations… It’s the perfect opportunity to dive headfirst into the authentic culture of Martinique.
